CMCI STUDIO

Graduate College, University of Colorado, Boulder

I develop and deliver course curricula to support the Experience Design Studio in CMCI’s Masters program in strategic communication. Our graduates can be found working at AirBnB, Asana, OpenTable, Uber, and top digital agencies around the globe.

My Pedagogical Approach

I build bridges between the classroom and creative industries to help provide clarity to my students about the profession. In return, I bring these hybrid learnings to my clients and partners.

Courses Developed & Taught

APRD 5004: Experience Design Fundamentals

This required course in the CMCI STUDIO Masters program delivers foundational theory and practice in user=centered design. Student will create design personas, user journey maps, and wireframes of all fidelity. Research methods, emerging interfaces, and content strategy are also included in the course curriculum.

APRD 4501: Design Thinking for Social Innovation
